Anagram

Anagram is a challenging **solo word game mode** in Super Shiritori where players race against the clock to find as many valid words as possible using the letters of a long base word. Test your vocabulary, pattern recognition, and speed in this ultimate word scramble!

🎮 Overview

In Anagram mode:

  • You’re given a **long base word** (11–20 letters).
  • Your goal: Find as many **real English words** as you can using only the letters from that base word.
  • Each letter can be used **only as often as it appears** in the base word.
  • The more words you find, the higher your score!

Key Features:

  • 🔹 **Solo mode only** — no multiplayer here!
  • ⏳ **50-minute time limit**
  • 📈 **Your stats are tracked**, ranked, and recorded

📋 How It Works

🧠 Objective

Use the letters of a single base word to create valid dictionary words. Type them quickly before time runs out!

🟪 Game Flow

  1. Use `/anagram` to start a game (in regular text channels only).
  2. The bot creates a **private thread** just for you.
  3. The base word is posted, and the **50-minute timer** begins.
  4. Submit guesses in the thread. The bot will react:
    • ✅ = Correct and new
    • 🟦 = Duplicate (already guessed)
    • ❌ = Invalid (not possible or not in the dictionary)
  1. After every 21 words (or at the end), the bot posts a **progress summary**.
  2. When time runs out, you’ll get **final stats** and a **missed words list** (if any).

🔢 Gameplay Rules

  • 🔠 **Base Word**: 11–20 letters. No hyphens or apostrophes.
  • ✔️ **Valid Guesses**:
    • Must be at least 2 letters long
    • Must be in the bot's dictionary
    • Can only use each letter as many times as it appears in the base word
    • Cannot be the base word itself
    • No punctuation (hyphens/apostrophes)
  • 🔁 **Duplicates**: Allowed but won’t be counted again (🟦)
  • 🧠 **No Cheating**: Every guess is fully checked by the bot

⏱️ Timer & Progress

  • **20-minute time limit** — strict cutoff
  • **Progress updates** every 21 correct words
  • At the end, the bot shows:
    • 🧮 Total words found
    • ❌ Missed words
    • 📄 File listing all missed words (up to 5000)

📝 Tips & Strategy

  • 🏁 Start small — short words help warm up your brain
  • 🔄 Look for prefixes/suffixes like -ing, re-, un-, -tion
  • 🧩 Use all the letters — longer words = better stats
  • ✅ Plurals and verb forms will count — try them!
