Discord Bots
The project is powered by three separate Discord bots, each running as its own independent process with its own login token, all operating together in the same Discord server. They were split apart specifically so that heavy work in one — a large multiplayer game, a bulk dictionary rewrite — can never stall or lag the other two; running as genuinely separate processes gives real operating-system-level isolation that three clients sharing one process couldn't.

Super-Shiritori
The flagship bot and the reason the project exists: it runs the core word-chain game, along with several related game modes (Word Bomb, Wordle, Anagram, Solo Shiritori, Protori), AI opponents with distinct personalities, a rarity-based word rolling and trading system, and player statistics, levels, and titles. It also hosts the dictionary-facing player commands (/check, /solve, /suggest, and others), even though it doesn't own the dictionary files directly — see Word-Curatori.

Word-Curatori
The curation bot. It is the only one of the three bots permitted to write to the dictionary files, and it runs the review workflow behind Super-Shiritori's /suggest command — validating submissions, posting them for a curator's Accept/Reject decision, and merging accepted words into the live dictionary. Curators also use it directly, via !add/!remove, to edit dictionary entries by hand.

Vexitori
The vexillology (flag-guessing) bot. It runs a continuous, fully automatic flag-identification game in a dedicated channel — no player needs to start a round — alongside commands to browse, search, and (for curators) manage the flag database. It shares no game state with Super-Shiritori at all; the flag game was extracted into its own process specifically because it never touched Shiritori, Anagram, or Word Bomb data in the first place.
